Job summary

S.C. Johnson Philippines ROHQ is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to optimize inventory balance across the network, aligning forecast accuracy with service levels and safety stock for the portfolio managed.

This role interfaces with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Order Desk to ensure synchronized supply execution. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or business and at least two years in supply chain planning or inventory management, with strong Excel and SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have engineering or business-related degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management.
• No professional license required, permanent full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Define, review, and optimize inventory policies (safety stock, reorder points, EOQ, ABC).
• Plan and execute replenishment and DRP across plants and distribution centers.
• Manage ordering activities based on lead times and policies.
• Serve as intermediary between Demand Planning, Factory Planning, Manufacturing, and Order Desk.
• Review and resolve Master Production Plan and capacity exceptions.
• Support gap analysis as part of S&OP pre-work.
• Maintain accuracy of Material Master Data and inventory settings across network.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Transportation, and Hauling teams to execute deployment plans.
