Job summary

SC Johnson in the Philippines is seeking a materials and inventory planning professional to optimize balance of inventory across the supply chain, aligning safety stock and forecast accuracy with service levels for assigned SKUs.

You will manage reorder points, EOQ settings, master data updates, and coordinate with logistics providers, contributing to Sales and Operations Planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or business-related field.
• At least 4–5 years of experience in Supply or Demand planning.
• Good understanding of end-to-end planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Determines policies and reviews safety stock and inventory levels.
• Reviews inventory parameters and levels (reorder point, safety stock, ABC categorization).
• Places orders based on lead time and volume parameters.
• Updates Material Master Data and supply policies (EOQ, scheduling).
• Collaborates with Logistics Service Providers.
• Assists in gap resolution for S&OP meetings.
• Reviews safety stock quarterly and defines actions to avoid stockouts.
