Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to optimize inventory balance across the supply chain. You will manage safety stock, reorder points, and EOQ settings to meet service levels and forecast accuracy for assigned SKUs.

The role requires 4–5 years in supply or demand planning, SAP ECC/APO knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Onsite with one day remote per week after 3 months, full-time position in a global, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or business-related field.
• 4–5 years in Supply or Demand planning.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Determines policies and reviews safety stock and inventory levels.
• Reviews inventory parameters (reorder point, safety stock, ABC) and optimizes them.
• Places orders based on lead time and volume parameters.
• Maintains and updates Material Master Data and supply policies (EOQ, scheduling).
• Collaborates with Logistics Service Providers and supports S&OP pre-work.
