Job summary

SC Johnson seeks a skilled inventory planner to optimize the balance of stock across the supply chain while maintaining agreed service levels. You will review safety stock, reorder points, and EOQ, coordinating with logistics and planning teams to drive efficiency.

The role requires 4–5 years in supply or demand planning, a strong grasp of end-to-end planning processes, and hands-on experience with SAP ECC APO and Excel. Onsite with optional remote days after probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or business-related field.
• 4-5 years in Supply or Demand planning are required.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory balance across the supply chain to meet service levels.
• Review safety stock, EOQ, and reorder points to improve inventory turns.
• Coordinate with Logistics Service Providers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate Material Master Data and inventory policies.
