Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a people leader in supply chain.
• Experience working for US-headquartered multinationals.
• BPO/Shared Services leadership experience.
• Proven experience with data analytics and using data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent leadership, influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, SAP IBP, SAP MDG).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid process, systems and project management orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Customer Service, Order Management, and Master Data teams.
• Promote operational excellence and ensure adherence to policies and SOPs.
• Allocate resources, manage budgets and technology to maximize efficiency.
• Lead and mentor team members, driving performance and growth.
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, resolving complex issues.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and deliver reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales, and external partners.
• Identify and manage risks related to supply chain disruptions and data quality.
• Utilize SAP/Oracle platforms to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency.
