Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Customer Service Associate (Shared Services) in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role spans order management, data maintenance, and logistics coordination to ensure timely fulfillment across markets.

You will process orders in SAP or other ERP systems, coordinate phase-in/phase-out activities, maintain master data, and collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing facilities, logistics providers, customers, and internal teams to uphold service

• Process sales and purchase orders in SAP or other ERP systems, ensuring order details, quantities, and delivery requirements are accurate and processed within established timelines.
• Coordinate product phase-in and phase-out activities for assigned markets and customers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Customer Service Associate (Shared Services) to support daily supply chain operations and customer service activities across assigned markets. The role involves processing sales and purchase orders, coordinating shipments, monitoring deliveries, maintaining master data, and preparing shipping documentation to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The successful candidate will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing facilities, logistics providers, customers, and internal departments to maintain efficient supply chain operations and ensure compliance with established procedures and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management and Supply Chain Operations

• Process sales and purchase orders in SAP or other ERP systems, ensuring that order details, quantities, and delivery requirements are accurate and processed within established timelines.
• Coordinate product phase-in and phase-out activities for assigned markets and customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and material master data and update relevant information as required.

Customer Service and Logistics Coordination

• Monitor end-to-end shipment progress and follow up on outstanding deliveries to ensure on-time and in-full fulfillment.
• Process transportation-related transactions and update shipment information in relevant systems and platforms.
