Job summary

Cobden & Carter International is seeking a skilled supply chain professional in Metro Manila to manage orders, master data, and logistics coordination. The role requires strong English communication and experience with ERP systems, including SAP HANA, within a multinational setting.

You will coordinate with suppliers, factories, and warehouses, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient cross-functional processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supply chain and customer service experience in a multinational company.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience with SAP HANA or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process sales and purchase orders using SAP
• Maintain customer and material master data and coordinate product portfolio and demand changes.
• Monitor shipments and coordinate with suppliers, factories, freight forwarders, and warehouses.
• Prepare shipping, export, and commercial documentation.
• Support procurement transactions, goods receipt processing, invoice discrepancy resolution, and GR/IR reconciliation.
• Assist with financial coordination, audit requirements, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives.
