Job summary

RIMINI CHPH FASHIONS, INC. in Taguig is seeking a meticulous Supply Chain Specialist to support sourcing, procurement, and inventory control for perishable ingredients. You will help ensure cold-chain integrity and timely delivery across internal warehouses and 3PL partners.

You will work with SAP/Oracle ERP systems and Excel for inventory tracking, reporting, and analysis, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels and support demand planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with perishable foods, dairy, or FMCG is a plus.
• Experience or working knowledge of cold-chain logistics and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain operations from sourcing to finished products.
• Monitor temperature-controlled warehousing and distribution for safety and quality.
• Track stock via FIFO and monitor expiration dates to reduce waste.
• Maintain inventory records across warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Assist procurement and coordinate with suppliers on POs, lead times, and pricing.
• Escalate supply disruptions or delays to the team promptly.
• Support demand forecasting with sales, inventory, and production data.
• Contribute to S&OP with inventory, demand, and supply information.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.
• Monitor refrigerated transport and delivery schedules to customers and retail partners.
• Track KPIs: OTIF, inventory accuracy, stock levels, delivery performance, freight costs.
• Prepare supply chain reports and highlight risks to the Supply Chain Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day supply chain operations, from sourcing raw materials such as milk, cultures, fruit flavorings, sweeteners, and packaging through to the delivery of finished products.

• Monitor temperature-controlled warehousing and distribution activities to maintain product safety, quality, and cold-chain integrity.

• Monitor stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) and track product expiration dates to minimize waste and product write-offs.

• Maintain accurate inventory records across internal warehouses and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.

• Assist with the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring availability according to production requirements.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, lead times, delivery schedules, pricing, and product availability.

• Monitor supplier performance and promptly escalate potential supply disruptions, delays, or shortages to the relevant team members.

• Assist in monitoring seasonal supply fluctuations, particularly for dairy ingredients and other perishable raw materials.

• Support demand forecasting activities by gathering and analyzing sales, inventory, and production data.

• Assist in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) activities by providing accurate inventory, demand, and supply information to support production planning.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure materials and finished products are available as scheduled.

• Assist in coordinating refrigerated transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely and proper delivery to customers and retail partners.

• Monitor key supply chain KPIs, including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory accuracy, stock levels, delivery performance, and freight costs.

• Prepare regular supply chain reports and highlight operational issues, variances, and potential risks to the Supply Chain Manager.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, food safety requirements, HACCP standards, and dairy hygiene and quality controls.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, or warehouse operations; experience in perishable foods, dairy, or FMCG is an advantage.

• Experience or working knowledge of cold-chain logistics and temperature-controlled products.

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including inventory tracking, reporting, and data analysis.

• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, production, and sales teams.

• Good organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to monitor multiple orders, deliveries, inventory requirements, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to supply or delivery issues.

• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, dairy hygiene, and quality control requirements is preferred.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment involving perishable products and time-sensitive deliveries.
