• Proven ability to manage multiple supply chain functions and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of demand/supply planning, inventory, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain covering demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and operations.
• Oversee demand forecasting, planning, inventory management, and replenishment activities.
• Set inventory policies and optimize stock levels while maintaining target service levels.
• Monitor product availability, turnover, aging, and slow-moving inventory.
• Manage suppliers, logistics partners, and third-party service providers.
• Drive performance, cost optimization, and contract/service reviews.
• Oversee warehousing and distribution for timely delivery across locations.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for cost, inventory, service level, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Procurement and other functions to align supply and demand.
• Lead S&OP and provide insights for inventory decisions.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digitalization in the supply chain.
• Review processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and operational requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.
• Provide regular management reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the organization's end-to-end supply chain operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring product availability, efficient inventory management, cost optimization, supplier performance, and reliable distribution across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction while remaining hands-on in driving supply chain improvements, strengthening processes, and building a high-performing supply chain organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain function covering demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and operational requirements.
• Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory planning, and replenishment activities.
• Establish appropriate inventory policies and optimize stock levels while maintaining target service levels.
• Monitor product availability, inventory turnover, stock aging, slow-moving and excess inventory.
• Manage suppliers, vendors, logistics partners, and third-party service providers.
• Drive supplier performance, service-level improvements, cost optimization, and contract/service reviews.
• Oversee warehousing and distribution activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery across multiple locations.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs and dashboards covering cost, inventory, service level, forecast accuracy, fulfillment, and supplier performance.
• Partner closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and other business functions to align supply and demand.
• Lead S&OP / business planning processes and provide insights to management for supply and inventory decisions.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives across the supply chain.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality, regulatory, safety, and operational requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.
• Provide regular management reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, or Operations, preferably with significant end-to-end supply chain exposure.
• Experience from FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, retail, or related consumer-driven industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple supply chain functions and stakeholders.
• Strong background in demand/supply planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and distribution.
• Experience managing external suppliers, logistics providers, and third-party partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, inventory optimization, forecasting, and supply chain KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, cost optimization, and supply chain transformation.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining strong operational execution.
