Qualifications

• Background in demand planning, inventory management, replenishment, supply chain operations, or sales support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, or business management software is an asset.
• Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail; able to maintain clean, reliable data.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-centric approach.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Sellers regarding demand change requests via phone, email, chat, or text, providing updates and clarifying missing information.
• Review request details for accuracy and business justification; coordinate with Replenishment to align supply with demand changes and avoid duplicates.
• Enter, submit, and manage demand change requests in key internal systems (e.g., Prism and SOUS).
• Escalate supply constraints, inventory risks, or timing concerns to stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and records to support demand planning and inventory reporting.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this position, you will serve as the crucial link between our Sales and Replenishment teams, ensuring that demand change requests are accurately reviewed, processed, and tracked.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for Sellers regarding demand change requests via phone, email, chat, or text. Provide regular updates and clarify any missing or inaccurate information.
• Demand & Inventory Coordination: Review request details to ensure accuracy and business justification. Collaborate with the Replenishment team to align supply capability with requested demand changes and prevent duplicate requests.
• System Data Entry: Accurately enter, submit, and manage demand change requests into key internal systems (including Prism and SOUS).
• Issue Escalation: Proactively identify and escalation supply constraints, inventory risks, or potential timing concerns to relevant stakeholders.
• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain up-to-date dashboards, trackers, and records to support demand planning, analysis, and inventory reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Background in demand planning, inventory management, replenishment, supply chain operations, logistics, or sales support is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, or business management software is an advantage.
• Data Accuracy: Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain clean, reliable data.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-centric approach.
