Job summary

MicroSourcing, located in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist as part of its hybrid, day-shift team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service to customers and suppliers, maintaining e-commerce platforms, and handling procurement support.

You will collaborate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, process orders, and manage showroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer support requests while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Welcome customers and provide guided showroom tours as needed.
• Maintain and update e-commerce platforms, including product SKUs, categories, images, and customer accounts.
• Manage customer inquiries on Amazon and eBay, ensuring timely responses and strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and manage job bags, quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Warehouse teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing and managing customer uniform programs.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service and sales support operations.

Position Overview

The Customer Service & Sales Support role serves as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers while providing administrative, sales, and procurement support. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining e-commerce platforms, coordinating sales documentation, managing procurement activities, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer support requests while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Welcome customers and provide guided showroom tours as needed.
• Maintain and update e-commerce platforms, including:
  • Product SKUs
  • Categories
  • Images
  • Customer accounts
• Manage customer inquiries on Amazon and eBay, ensuring timely responses, positive brand representation, and strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and manage:
  • Job Bags
  • Quotations
  • Purchase Orders
  • Sales Orders
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Warehouse teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing and managing customer uniform programs.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service and sales support operations.

Procurement

• Monitor inventory levels and identify products that require replenishment.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Perform quality control inspections on incoming products and prior to dispatch.
• Source, quote, and procure promotional merchandise and uniforms that align with company branding and quality standards.
• Manage uniform and promotional programs, ensuring adequate inventory and preventing stock shortages.
• Work closely with the Warehouse and Office teams to ensure accurate inventory management and timely stock replenishment.
• Communicate with customers regarding:
  • Order status
  • Delivery delays
  • Pricing
  • Stock availability
  • Product specifications
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including negotiating pricing and managing purchasing activities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the business.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all responsibilities.
