Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team by preparing accurate estimates and quotations, managing customer and sales records, and following up on business opportunities. You will work closely with management and internal teams to ensure quotations are completed accurately and customers receive timely communication.

The role requires strong English communication, numerical and analytical abilities, and experience with Microsoft Office and CRM

Your Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the sales team by preparing accurate estimates and quotations, managing customer and sales records, following up on business opportunities, and assisting with day-to-day sales administration. You will work closely with management and internal teams to ensure quotations are completed accurately, customers receive timely communication, and sales activities are properly documented.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or a related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or project specifications.
• Experience with Xero, Outlook, or similar accounting/business systems.
• Previous experience preparing quotations, estimates, or pricing for technical products or services.
• Experience working with CRM and sales pipeline management.
