Job summary

MicroSourcing in Paranaque City, Philippines, is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to handle customers' sales orders, update inventory and coordinate freight bookings. This onsite, day-shift role puts you at the heart of our operations team and offers a chance to contribute to a fast-paced, service-oriented workspace.

• Process customers' sales orders via in-house systems before cut-off time.
• Update and manage customer's inventory using relevant systems.
• Make bookings with freight companies and manage delivery schedules.
• Perform adhoc data entry and other admin/offic e tasks.
• Respond to customers' queries via email.

Responsibilities

• Processing customers' sales orders via in-house systems/database before cut-off time.
• Updating, managing and maintaining customer's inventory using appropriate systems, software, processes and procedures.
• Making bookings with the appropriate freight company and managing delivery schedule.
• Adhoc data entry and data management and any other admin/ office tasks.
• Responding to customers’ queries via email.

Qualifications

• Have been in the workforce at least 24 months and previous Admin duties experience (12 months and/or above)
• Computer literate and confident in learning new systems, software and online portals. Competency in MS programs (especially Excel)
• Confident and competent in navigating on the web.
• Can cope under pressure and work in fast-paced environment.
