Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking a Supplier Success Professional (Cantonese) to join our team in Pampanga. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support, maintaining a robust prequalification system, and serving as the first point of contact for customers.

You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, research and resolve issues, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to share feedback and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• Excellent communication in Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Ability to listen actively and think steps ahead.
• Proficient with Windows and common IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues with clear solutions and alternatives to ensure experience.
• Update and maintain customer records in SFDC.
• Escalate and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
