You will interact via phone, email, and chat in Cantonese, ensuring high customer satisfaction and seamless issue resolution. The position operates in a morning shift from our Angeles office, with responsibilities spanning

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese/Cantonese.
• Ability to actively listen and anticipate customer needs.
• Familiarity with IT tools and Windows applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Research, clarify, and resolve issues with a focus on customer experience.
• Interact with customers and prioritize their needs.
• Verify details on regulatory documents accurately.
• Log interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC) and follow up as needed.
• Log product issues and contribute to troubleshooting.
• Educate customers about new features and functionalities.
• Share customer feedback with Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
