Job summary

Cloudstaff in the Philippines seeks a Supplier Success Professional to help develop and maintain a world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers and vendors, while being the first point of contact for all customers. You will provide professional support via phone, email and chat.

You will resolve issues, document details in Service Cloud, share feature requests, educate users on new features, and collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to actively listen and think two steps ahead.
• Proficient with Windows and basic IT tools.
• Familiarity with online software systems.
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Adaptable and self-motivated.
• 100% attendance from hire date through training.
• Eight weeks of client training will be provided.
• Peak season blackout periods understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to all customers.
• Research, clarify and resolve issues with solutions or alternatives.
• Interact with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Prioritize and resolve customer needs.
• Verify details on regulatory documents.
• Record interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC).
• Provide outbound follow-up by phone and email.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions and scenarios.
• Educate customers about new features and functionalities.
• Gather customer feedback for Product, Sales and Marketing.
• Coordinate with internal departments.
• Work as a team and contribute to KPIs.
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
• Attend training/meetings as required.
