Job summary

TVI Resource Development Phils., Inc. is seeking a planning and execution specialist to enhance supplier performance across existing and new projects. You will drive compliance (SHES, legal, commercial), coordinate supplier terms, and monitor improvements with regular field follow-ups.

The role involves benchmarking market trends, maintaining a supplier register, and ensuring cost savings through robust purchasing procedures. A business management background is preferred with SCM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years solid background in Supplier Performance competence.
• Educational Degree / Professional Credentials related to Business Management.
• Other formal Education – Supply Chain Management (PISM-DLS-CSB Program) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution supplier performance evaluation, compliances (Safety, Health, Environmental, Social responsibilities (SHES), Legal and Commercial).
• Meet suppliers on regular basis to improve performance (delivery), Commercial terms (Credit Line, Payment terms, Incoterms, Shipping Instructions), and Compliances (Accreditation, General Terms & Conditions (GTC) and Know Your Customer/Client (KYC)).
• Recommend best improvement initiative and monitor implementation across all mine sites.
• Review system process and coordinate with IT to simply and digitize processes.
• Continue to benchmark, to be updated with latest market trends, other best practices to improve and get value for money spending.
• Submit Training Calendar for approval by Manager and Management.
• Submit Key Performance Reports (KPI) weekly.
• Confirms with Purchasing Procedure and maintain cost savings (Cost reduction and Cost avoidance) initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain Supplier Register and updated supplier business documents and signed GTC’s and KYC’s across all companies.
