Job summary

TVI Resource Development Phils., Inc. is seeking a Supplier Performance adjunct to support planning, supplier evaluation, and compliance programs in a dynamic mining environment.

You will collaborate with procurement and site teams to enhance delivery performance, terms, and KYC/GTC adherence. The role requires 1–2 years of supplier performance experience and a business management background, with an advantage for formal SCM training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years solid background in Supplier Performance competence.
• Educational Degree / Professional Credentials related to Business Management.
• Other formal Education – Supply Chain Management (PISM-DLS-CSB Program) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of supplier performance evaluation and SHES compliances.
• Assist supervisor to meet suppliers to improve delivery, terms, and KYC/GTC compliance.
• Assist in recommending improvement initiatives and monitor implementation across sites.
• Review system processes and coordinate with IT to simplify and digitize processes.
• Benchmark against market trends to improve value for money spending.
• Submit Training Calendar for approval by Manager and Management.
• Submit KPI reports weekly and track supplier performance.
• Maintain cost savings initiatives (cost reduction/avoidance) per Purchasing Procedure.
• Maintain Supplier Register and updated supplier business documents and GTCs/KYC across all companies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the Planning and execution supplier performance evaluation, compliances (Safety, Health, Environmental, Social responsibilities (SHES), Legal and Commercial).

2. Assist his immediate superior to meet suppliers on regular basis to improve performance (delivery), Commercial terms (Credit Line, Payment terms, Incoterms, Shipping Instructions), and Compliances (Accreditation, General Terms & Conditions (GTC) and Know Your Customer/Client (KYC)).

3. Assist in recommending best improvement initiative and monitor implementation across all mine sites.

4. Assist in review system process and coordinate with IT to simply and digitize processes.

5. Continue to benchmark, to be updated with latest market trends, other best practices to improve and get value for money spending.

6. Assist in submission of Training Calendar for approval by Manager and Management.

7. Submit Key Performance Reports (KPI) weekly.

8. Confirms with Purchasing Procedure and maintain cost savings (Cost reduction and Cost avoidance) initiatives.

9. Maintain Supplier Register and updated supplier business documents and signed GTC’s and KYC’s across all companies.
