Job summary

Watsons in the Philippines is seeking a Transport Supervisor to oversee the daily transport operations at the Distribution Center, ensuring timely and efficient execution while meeting service, productivity, and safety standards.

You will monitor performance, coordinate with transport partners and 3PLs, resolve delays, and coach the transport team to drive route efficiency, truck utilization, and consistent operational excellence.

• Support process improvement and operational standardization initiatives.
• Ensure transport documentation, transactions, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop transport operations personnel.

You will monitor transport performance, coordinate with transport partners and stakeholders, resolve operational issues, and provide inputs to improve route efficiency, truck utilization, and overall transport productivity. You will also lead and develop the transport team to ensure consistent execution and adherence to established standards.
