Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck assignments, routes, schedules and delivery activities to ensure dispatch plan adherence.
• Monitor delivery progress, truck availability and utilization; escalate delays or issues to the Delivery Supervisor.
• Coordinate with drivers, delivery teams, warehouse personnel and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of delivery documents and records for compliance.
• Provide timely updates and status reports; communicate customer-related delivery concerns.
• Identify operational issues and support corrective actions and contingency plans during disruptions.
• Prepare and consolidate operational updates, performance summaries, and utilization reports.

The Delivery Coordinator supports daily delivery and transport operations by coordinating schedules, monitoring execution, and ensuring timely completion of assigned deliveries. The role focuses on operational coordination, documentation, and real time issue resolution to ensure service commitments and performance standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support daily delivery and transport operations by coordinating truck assignments, routes, schedules, and delivery activities to ensure adherence to dispatch plans and timelines.
• Monitor delivery progress, truck availability, and utilization, and immediately escape delays, incidents, or operational issues to the Delivery Supervisor.
• Coordinate closely with drivers, delivery teams, warehouse personnel, and other stakeholders to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of delivery documents, trip tickets, delivery receipts, liquidation records, and other operational records while supporting compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary coordination point during operations by providing timely updates, operational status reports, and communication of customer-related delivery concerns.
• Assist in identifying operational issues, providing coordination support, recommending corrective actions, and supporting contingency plans during service disruptions or peak operations.
• Prepare and consolidate operational updates, performance summaries, utilization reports, and support process improvement initiatives and other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:
