ROSEFOOD REALTY CORPORATION is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Davao City to oversee daily logistics operations, including planning, dispatch, and delivery management.

You will prepare schedules, supervise dispatchers and drivers, monitor vehicle use and fuel costs, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective logistics support for store and customer deliveries.

• Prepare daily logistics plans, including delivery schedules, route priorities, manpower assignments, and vehicle allocation.
• Ensure deliveries are completed on time and within agreed store or customer delivery schedules.
• Supervise dispatch operations and ensure accuracy of product quantities, loading, documents, and store allocations before releasing goods.
• Ensure proper handling, loading, and transportation of products to maintain quality and condition upon delivery.
• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, trip efficiency, and preventive maintenance for smooth operations.
• Supervise dispatchers, drivers, and helpers by monitoring attendance, discipline, productivity, and policy compliance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, road safety, documentation, and company policies.
• Monitor fuel consumption, overtime, additional trips, delivery delays, and other issues to control costs.
