Job summary

PMFTC Inc. in Legazpi is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in the assigned territory, driving volume, price management, distribution, and visibility of PMFTC portfolio.

You will manage territories, monitor sales performance, AR, collections, and fleet maintenance while ensuring stock reconciliation and timely remittances. The role features an early start and field work in Legaspi Sales Office with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive manual transmission.
• At least 4–5 years of supervisory and field sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
• Proven track record in sales/marketing projects and initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in the assigned territory.

Purpose of the job and your day to day tasks:

As Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives; managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of PMFTC portfolio, and monitoring their accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance

Skill and competencies:

• With driver's license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
• Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience and field sales experience
• Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
• With proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communication skills and people skills

Work Location: Legaspi Sales Office - should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
