A leading tobacco company in Nueva Ecija is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Retail Salesmen and Executives. The role requires at least 4-5 years of supervisory field sales experience and the ability to oversee business objectives and account management. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Driver’s license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory and field sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with knowledge in negotiation and consultative selling.
• Proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

Purpose of the job and your day to day tasks

As Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Retail Salesmen and Retail Executives in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives; managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of PMFTC portfolio, and monitoring their accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance

Skill and competencies:

• Should be a graduate of any 4 year course
• With driver’s license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
• Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience and field sales experience
• Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
• With proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communication skills and people skills

Work Location: Cabanatuan Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by Cabanatuan Sales Office

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
