A multinational tobacco company is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead sales teams and manage sales targets in the Bulacan area. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of supervisory experience in field sales, strong negotiation skills, and is able to drive manual vehicles. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales and stock inventory.
• Oversee collection status of outstanding accounts receivable and manage revolving fund and fleet maintenance.

Schedule:Monday to Saturday, no fixed schedule, can start as early as 4:30 AM

Role Purpose & Responsibilities:

As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives within your assigned territory to achieve key business objectives. You will oversee:

• Volume achievement and sales targets
• Accounts receivable management
• Price management and coverage strategy
• Distribution and visibility of the PMFTC portfolio
• Monitoring sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances
• Managing collection/status of outstanding accounts receivable
• Overseeing revolving fund and fleet maintenance

Skills and Competencies:

• Valid driver’s license for at least one year, with the ability to drive manual transmission
