Job summary

Philip Morris International in the Philippines seeks a proactive Field Sales Representative to drive volume growth, expand market share, and ensure product availability and visibility across all assigned outlets in the Legaspi area. You will analyze performance, plan route activities, and collaborate with distributors to meet monthly targets.

The role requires a 4-year degree, a valid driver's license, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Field sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with sales/marketing projects is a plus.

• Implement national and local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, and engagement activities
• Develop and coordinate action plans needed with counter-part Salesman, to achieve volume targets
• Raise adult consumer preference for product distribution of our brands in outlets for incremental sales

Skill And Competencies

• Should be a graduate of any 4 year course
• With driver's license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
• Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
• Field sales exposure is an advantage
• With relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives

Work Location

Legaspi Sales Office - should be amenable to be assigned to do field work areas covered by the assigned sales office

Work Schedule

Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:30 AM
