Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Iloilo Sales Office. You will lead, coach, and develop Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives across the assigned territory to achieve business objectives.

This role focuses on territory management, distribution and visibility of PMFTC brands, inventory reconciliation, collections, and fleet maintenance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive a consumer-centric, compliant sales effort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of supervisory experience in field sales.
• Driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach Sales Assistants and Field Executives in your territory.
• Manage territory objectives: volume, AR, stock reconciliation and collections.
• Oversee price management, coverage strategy and product visibility.
• Monitor collections, AR status, revolving fund and fleet maintenance.
• Ensure timely daily collection and remittances.

Purpose of the job and your day to day tasks:

As Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives; managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of PMFTC portfolio, and monitoring their accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance

Skill and competencies:

• With driver’s license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
• Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience and field sales experience
• Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
• With proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communication skills and people skills

Work Location:

Iloilo Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office

Work Schedule:

Mon­days to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
