Job summary

PMFTC in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and motivate Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives across the Calbayog area. You will drive volume, manage accounts receivable, and oversee price, coverage, and visibility of PMFTC brands while ensuring timely collections and fleet upkeep.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 4–5 years of supervisory and field sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and readiness for early-start field

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least one year and be able to drive manual transmission.
• Minimum 4–5 years in supervisory and field sales roles.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in the assigned territory.
• Achieve business objectives including volume targets and AR management.
• Oversee price management, distribution, and visibility of PMFTC portfolio.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and fleet maintenance; ensure timely remittances.

Purpose of the job and your day to day tasks:

As Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives; managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of PMFTC portfolio, and monitoring their accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance

Skill and competencies:

• With driver’s license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
• Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience and field sales experience
• Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
• With proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communication skills and people skills

Work Location:

Calbayog Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office

Work Schedule:

Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
