Job summary

PMI is seeking a Sales Supervisor for Cauayan and surrounding areas in the Philippines. You will lead Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives, driving volume, AR management, price strategy, and distribution of the PMFTC portfolio through field activities.

The role requires 4–5 years in supervisory and field sales, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. The position is on-site with early start times and field work across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required (manual transmission preferred).
• 4–5 years of supervisory experience and field sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation/consultative selling skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in the assigned territory.
• Oversee territory performance: volume, accounts receivable, price, coverage, distribution, and visibility of PMFTC portfolio.
• Monitor sales activity, stock reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, and AR status.

Purpose of the job and your day to day tasks:

As Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives; managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of PMFTC portfolio, and monitoring their accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance

Skill And Competencies

• With driver's license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
• Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience and field sales experience
• Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative sellingWith proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communication skills and people skills

Work Location

Cauayan Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office

Work Schedule

Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
