Job summary

PMI is seeking a field-focused Sales & Marketing professional to lead and coordinate commercial activities across the assigned district. You will engage retailers and wholesalers, oversee stock management, and support the rollout of new brands in the territory.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience with strong field sales exposure and a drive for brand awareness in consumer goods. Office location in Mandaue with field travel and early start times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business or Marketing.
• Driver’s license for at least 1 year and able to drive manual transmission.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.
• Has relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives.
• Extensive field experience in consumer goods companies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the deployment and ensure excellence of all commercial activities and engagement of retail and wholesale in the assigned territory.
• Identify locations to conduct Consumer Engagement and deploy brand awareness.
• Support the sales team for distribution of newly launched brands in the territory.
• Ensure executives perform and re-educate retail and wholesale on stock management.
• Set trade program activities based on district problems/opportunities and maintain loyalty through advocacy programs.
• Allocate geographical responsibilities and lead route plan development to optimize coverage.
• Consolidate feedback and provide recommendations on trade program execution and promotions.
• Demonstrate responsible approach; ensure field activities comply with company policies and laws of the country.

• Sets trade program activities based on district problems/ opportunities and ensures retail and wholesaler loyalty through retail and wholesale Advocacy Program
• Allocates geographical responsibilities and leads route plan development to optimize coverage and effectively engage consumers
• Consolidates feedback and provides recommendation on trade program execution and adult consumer promotions within assigned district.
• Demonstrate responsible approach; ensure fulfillment of field activity in line with the company policies and the laws of the country

Skill And Competencies

Work Location: Mandaue Sales Office – should be amenable to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:00 AM
