Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive broadband/telecom sales, supervise field teams, and deliver consistent results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in related sales, a proven track record, and willingness to travel or relocate within the Philippines. Driver's license and ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Broadband/Telecom Sales, preferably in a Sales Supervisor role.
• Proven sales track record and strong leadership skills.
• Willing to travel or relocate anywhere in the Philippines.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for 4-wheel vehicles.
• Must be capable of driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Salary: ₱30,000 + ₱1,000 Allowance + HMO

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Setup: Onsite/Field – NLZ
