Job summary

You Will Be Responsible For

• Providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to sales personnel.
• Assisting in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Conducting market research and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Preparing sales reports and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and timely response to client concerns.
• Performing fieldwork and other sales-related activities as needed.

To Succeed in This Role
