Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Diploma/certification of Science, Chemistry, Pharma or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional leads.
• Experience in implementation of international company standards.
• Willing to work in Cabuyao Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of quality assurance and related systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Lead implementation of quality policies, procedures and standards across the org.
• Facilitate investigations of deviations and complaints and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead biweekly walkthroughs to ensure facility compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Provide recommendations to enhance QA, SHE and REG policies and processes.
• Identify training needs in QA, SHE and REG.
• Provide technical assistance to internal stakeholders on quality issues.
• Support external audits from suppliers and regulatory bodies.
• Other tasks to support proper QA management systems.

Job Summary

General Responsibilities

• Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources;
• Supervise the implementation of quality policies, procedures and standards to ensure alignment to global DKSH quality policy and local/international quality standards;
• Implement quality management systems, include Document Management, Complaints, Deviations/CAPA, Change Control, and Validation Monitoring;
• Facilitate investigations of deviations and complaints, including identifying underlying causes, and suggesting corrective actions;
• Lead biweekly walkthrough to ensure maintained facility compliance to quality and regulatory requirements;
• Provide constructive recommendations to enhance policies, practices and processes related to quality assurance (QA), safety, health & environmental (SHE) and registration (REG);
• Identify training needs - quality assurance (QA), safety, health & environment (SHE) and registration (REG)
• Provide technical assistance to internal stakeholders on quality related issues, and troubleshooting when necessary;
• Support external audits from suppliers and other regulatory bodies;
• Other tasks to support proper execution of quality management systems.

Functional Knowledge and Skills

• Demonstrate knowledge in quality assurance tools, concepts and methodologies
• Demonstrate good working knowledge, comprehension and applications of local regulations
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions.
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
