Job summary

DKSH Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to supervise the execution of QA and manage quality management systems in line with regulatory standards. The role involves supporting budgets, implementing QMS modules, and driving corrective actions across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, a relevant science/chemistry/pharma diploma, and the ability to work in Cabuyao Laguna with strong English communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support manager in managing day-to-day expenditures vs budgets.
• Implement QMS including Document Management, Complaints, Deviations/CAPA, Change Control, Validation Monitoring.
• Facilitate investigations of deviations and complaints and propose corrective actions.
• Lead biweekly walkthroughs to ensure facility compliance.
• Provide recommendations to improve QA, SHE and REG policies.
• Identify QA, SHE, and REG training needs.
• Provide technical assistance on quality issues to internal stakeholders.
• Support external audits from suppliers and regulatory bodies.
• Other tasks to support QMS execution.

Job Summary

Supervise the execution of company quality assurance and relevant quality management systems to comply with regulatory compliance to local and international laws and regulations

General Responsibilities

• Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources;
• Supervise the implementation of quality policies, procedures and standards to ensure alignment to global DKSH quality policy and local/international quality standards;
• Implement quality management systems, include Document Management, Complaints, Deviations/CAPA, Change Control, and Validation Monitoring;
• Facilitate investigations of deviations and complaints, including identifying underlying causes, and suggesting corrective actions;
• Lead biweekly walkthrough to ensure maintained facility compliance to quality and regulatory requirements;
• Provide constructive recommendations to enhance policies, practices and processes related to quality assurance (QA), safety, health & environmental (SHE) and registration (REG);
• Identify training needs - quality assurance (QA), safety, health & environment (SHE) and registration (REG)
• Provide technical assistance to internal stakeholders on quality related issues, and troubleshooting when necessary;
• Support external audits from suppliers and other regulatory bodies;
• Other tasks to support proper execution of quality management systems.

Functional Knowledge and Skills

• Demonstrate knowledge in quality assurance tools, concepts and methodologies
• Demonstrate good working knowledge, comprehension and applications of local regulations
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions.
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
