Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Diploma/certification of Science, Chemistry, Pharma or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional leads.
• Experience implementing international company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of QA and QA systems to comply with local and international regulations.
• Support manager in day-to-day operating expenditures and resource usage.
• Oversee implementation of quality policies, procedures and standards.
• Facilitate investigations of deviations and complaints with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead biweekly walkthroughs to ensure facility compliance with QA and regulatory requirements.
• Provide recommendations to improve QA, SHE and REG policies and processes.
• Identify training needs in QA, SHE and REG.
• Provide technical assistance on quality issues and troubleshooting.
• Support external audits from suppliers and regulatory bodies.
