Job summary

DKSH Group in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Supervisor Quality Assurance to lead the execution of QA systems and ensure regulatory compliance locally and internationally. You will supervise deviation investigations, implement change controls, and drive continuous improvements across QA, SHE and REG areas.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional leads, leveraging MS Office tools, and ensuring adherence to global and local quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
Diploma/certification of Science, Chemistry, Pharma or related disciplines.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional leads.
Experience in implementation of international company standards.
Willing to work in Cabuyao Laguna.

Responsibilities

Supervise the execution of quality assurance and related systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
Lead implementation of quality policies, procedures and standards across the org.
Facilitate investigations of deviations and complaints and recommend corrective actions.
Lead biweekly walkthroughs to ensure facility compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Provide recommendations to enhance QA, SHE and REG policies and processes.
Identify training needs in QA, SHE and REG.
Provide technical assistance to internal stakeholders on quality issues.
Support external audits from suppliers and regulatory bodies.
Other tasks to support proper QA management systems.
