DKSH Philippines seeks a QA professional to supervise the execution of quality assurance programs and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and leading investigations into deviations and supplier audits.

The successful candidate will have a Science/Pharma diploma, 3+ years in QA, strong knowledge of regulatory standards, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Diploma/Certificate in Science, Chemistry, Pharma or related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar QA role.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional leads.
Experience implementing international company standards.
Willing to work in Cabuyao Laguna.

Responsabilités

Supervise execution of QA and QA systems to meet regulatory compliance locally and internationally.
Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
Oversee implementation of quality policies and standards aligned with global DKSH and local regulations.
Implement QMS modules: Documents, Complaints, Deviations/ CAPA, Change Control, Validation Monitoring.
Lead investigations of deviations and complaints and suggest corrective actions.
Conduct biweekly walkthroughs to ensure facility compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Provide recommendations to improve QA, SHE, and REG policies and processes.
Identify training needs in QA, SHE, and REG.
Provide technical assistance on quality issues and troubleshooting.
Support external audits from suppliers and regulatory bodies.
