Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor to help ensure our home care and manufacturing operations meet quality, safety, regulatory, and company standards.
You will supervise QA team daily, ensure GMP compliance, review records, investigate deviations, and coordinate CAPA with Production, R&D, and other departments, contributing to audit readiness.
A Chemistry or Chemical Engineering graduate with 3–5 years in QA/QC and leadership is preferred.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Supervisor who will help ensure that our manufacturing operations and home care products consistently meet established quality, safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Key responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Quality Assurance team
Ensure compliance with GMP, quality procedures, product specifications, and established manufacturing standards
Monitor production processes, line activities, sanitation, and documentation to ensure adherence to quality requirements
Review and verify QA records, inspection reports, batch documentation, and other quality-related documents
Investigate product non-conformities, quality deviations, and customer complaints, and coordinate appropriate corrective and preventive actions
Work closely with Production, R&D, Warehouse, Engineering, and other departments in resolving quality-related concerns
Participate in internal audits, supplier assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure proper implementation of quality control and quality assurance procedures from raw materials and packaging materials through finished products
Coach and develop QA personnel while promoting a strong quality and product safety culture on the manufacturing floor
Assist in maintaining readiness for customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
About you
Graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
Preferably with 3–5 years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or team-lead experience
Experience in home care, household products, FMCG, chemical, personal care, or related manufacturing industries is an advantage
Knowledgeable in GMP, quality management systems, CAPA, root cause analysis, documentation, and audit processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
