Job summary

Bacha Coffee is seeking an experienced retail professional to assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, drive sales, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of retail experience, with supervisory exposure, and strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to lead a team and ensure smooth store performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store’s/outlet’s sales performance

• Monitor stock availabilities
• Maintain compliance with Store SOP at all times.
• Prepare monthly reports for Managers

Position Summary

Assist the Manager with day-to-day retail store operations; indirectly oversee all store functions. He/She will achieve individual sales and store sales targets. Achieve high retail standards and customer registration targets. Inventory integrity, managing stock losses and conducting stock counts. Focuses on self and team development

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (desirable) in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
• Proven organizational skills – able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively.
• Ability to challenge and influence operational processes.
