Job summary

Bacha Coffee is seeking an experienced retail professional to assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, drive sales, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of retail experience, with supervisory exposure, and strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to lead a team and ensure smooth store performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with supervisory exposure required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store’s/outlet’s sales performance
• Communicate information on sales goals and targets to the team continuously
• Prepare necessary sales reports for Managers
• Conduct daily briefings to retail staff on targets and highlights of the day
• Monitor stock availabilities
• Maintain compliance with Store SOP at all times.
• Prepare monthly reports for Managers
