Job summary

Bacha Coffee, part of Valiram Pacific Inc, is seeking a Store Leader to represent the Brand and drive key initiatives across the store in line with Valiram procedures.

You will oversee store performance through sales management, operations and people leadership, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure the store looks its best every day. This role requires strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills to balance customer experience with profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desirable.
• Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute the main sales initiatives of the Brand.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly action plans to drive sales.
• Analyze sales figures and monitor expenses to optimize profits.
• Optimize duty rosters for floor coverage while controlling payroll.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures in line with SOPs.
• Maintain stock, fixtures and store presentation.

Position Summary

Lead the Store by representing the Brand and driving its initiatives whilst aligning to Valiram procedures and quest for excellence.

Oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operational excellence and people leadership, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment.

Maintain inventory integrity – minimise stock losses & ensure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the main sales initiatives of the Brand
• Daily, weekly and monthly action plan to deliver the expected sales results
• Analyse sales figures, monitor expenses to optimize sales and profits
• Optimize the duty rosters to guarantee proper floor coverage, maximise sales whilst minimizing payroll expenses.
• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs.
• Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
• Proven organizational skills – able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively.
• Ability to challenge and influence operational processes.
