Qualifications

• Proven organizational skills – able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively.
• Ability to analyse situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity.

Position Summary

Manages the day-to-day operations of a retail store, directs and oversees all store functions.

Oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operational excellence and people leadership, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment.

Maintain inventory integrity – minimize stock losses & ensure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts. Duties include scheduling, hiring, training, and ensuring that staff perform their respective duties correctly.
