Job summary

Sentro 88 Foods, Inc. in Pasig is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead daily service and ensure exceptional guest experiences for executives and VIP guests.

You will coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, supervise staff, and ensure cleanliness and readiness of the dining room for service, while maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in food service or hospitality.
• Bachelor degree required or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead and train dining staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily EDR operations and service activities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate dining room staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Assign staff duties and ensure proper manpower coverage during operating hours and special events.
• Ensure the dining room is clean, organized, well-presented, and fully prepared for service.
• Provide professional and personalized service to executives and VIP guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily schedules, reservations, and special requirements.
• Monitor staff grooming, attendance, performance, and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Other job-related duties assigned by Management
