Job summary

Wheyking Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Supervisor to oversee daily store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory, and delivery, ensuring SOP adherence and brand integrity. You will lead and motivate staff, manage budgets and profitability, and maintain stock levels to prevent shortages.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and a customer-service orientation. You will collaborate with head office and uphold store standards while driving efficiency

• Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to head office.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation.
• Liason with Head office: Communiate effectively with head office and manage store assets.
