Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, strategy/analytics, platform operations, or related fields.
• Strong structured thinking and analytical capabilities; able to break down complex business problems into actionable components and build effective analytical frameworks and models.
• Familiar with attribution analysis, user growth models, and experiment design (A/B testing).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills; able to clearly articulate insights, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment to deliver results.
• Preferred: deep understanding of the full e-Commerce value chain and underlying business logic.
• Proficient in large-scale data analysis, statistical methods, and modeling.
• Demonstrates curiosity and ownership; able to proactively identify, define, and solve problems in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own seller co-funded subsidy strategy, improving the number of paying users and GMV through subsidy strategies.
• Understand user segmentation and define profiles of core supply-sellers and products based on user needs.
• Increase seller participation in subsidy programs across channels and improve willingness to participate.
• Develop subsidy-related data metrics and ROI measurement standards within the experimental framework.
• Own internal team budget management and collaborate with business and data science teams to build subsidy data systems.
• Collaborate across departments to drive project growth.
