Job summary

ByteDance in the Philippines is seeking a driven Strategy & Operations professional to join our growing team in Taguig. You will serve as the key liaison between central and local teams, driving alignment of strategy, data insights, and execution to accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives end-to-end, optimizing processes, shaping GTM plans, and partnering with regional product and operations to define requirements and influence roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, business strategy, e-commerce, internet, or technology-related industries.
• Proven experience leading strategic projects from problem identification and analysis through solution design and execution, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business challenges into actionable initiatives and drive end-to-end execution.
• Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives or projects to drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational priorities.
• Manage business projects end-to-end, including process optimization, operating model enhancements, incentive program design, and cross-functional GTM initiatives.
• Partner closely with regional Product and Operations teams to define business requirements, influence product roadmaps, and ensure successful feature launches and adoption.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify performance gaps, recommend solutions, and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, drive execution, and ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives.
