Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Fashion Category Strategy Manager for the Philippines e-commerce team in Taguig. You will shape category strategy, lead business planning, and partner with product and operations to drive growth and impact across GMV, conversion, and merchant performance.

The role requires 3+ years in strategy/operations within e-commerce or tech, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years in analytics/strategy environments.
Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to connect data, market trends, and consumer behavior to business outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/Tableau/Power BI helpful.

Responsibilities

Shape category strategy by analyzing performance, consumer behavior, trends, and competitive dynamics.
Own business planning and target setting with Category Leader.
Diagnose performance gaps using data and problem-solving methods.
Design growth strategies with new models, segmentation, and GTM plans.
Lead high-impact cross-functional projects from scope to measurement.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Campaign, Marketing, and others to define requirements and drive adoption of solutions.
Turn strategy into execution with action plans and success metrics.
Build data-driven business cases and management presentations for investments.
Influence senior stakeholders and align local, regional, and cross-functional teams.
