Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BSBA or related degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or similar.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support scaling of MDP across the platform by tracking and driving program penetration.
• Assist seller onboarding and expansion initiatives to increase MDP adoption.
• Conduct data analysis and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with category, seller-facing, and cross-functional teams for MDP initiatives.
• Develop seller insights, reports, and materials to communicate MDP value.
• Assist in campaigns and program initiatives to increase MDP participation.
