Qualifications

• Manage subscriptions from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain ongoing communication for servicing, maintenance, vehicle swaps, and contract amendments.
• Identify upselling opportunities (e.g., higher vehicle class, KM packages, reduced excess).
• Follow up on leads, monitor and action emails, and process enquiries via Zendesk.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and handle inbound calls efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate vehicle details, pricing, and availability on the customer website.
• Process bookings and paperwork, clearly explaining terms and conditions.
• Provide advice on additional requirements and verify documentation.
• Process payments securely and follow up on outstanding debts.
• Support customers with enquiries and assist in complaints management.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and continuous improvement.
• Guide and train support staff in processes and procedures.
• Perform other reasonable duties as directed by senior management.
