JACSS Dynamic Business Outsourcing Solutions & Services, Inc. is seeking a Subscription Administrator to deliver high-quality administrative support for the subscription department.

You will manage subscriptions, respond to customer enquiries, and coordinate vehicle-related tasks using specialized software. The role involves handling overdue payments, repayment plans, and data entry across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using computer systems and business software.
• Competent keyboard and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer subscriptions using car rental/subscription software.
• Respond promptly to email enquiries regarding subscriptions, billing, and vehicles.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue payments and vehicle returns.
• Assist with repayment plan administration, including setup, tracking, and record keeping.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Update system records and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Liaise with Fleet, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Provide general administrative support to the subscriptions team.
• Perform other duties to support business operations.
