Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible School Counsellor to provide first-line emotional and behavioural support for students. You will build trusting, confidential relationships and monitor at-risk students, coordinating with Year Heads and Counsellors to ensure safety and progress.

You will maintain accurate records, respond to crises, plan preventive wellbeing programmes, and communicate sensitively with parents/guardians while coordinating with external agencies when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in counselling/related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line emotional and behavioural support to students.
• Build trusting relationships and a confidential space for students.
• Identify, monitor, and support vulnerable/at-risk students; maintain regular check-ins and track wellbeing.

Education
